Hello! Welcome to Shea Mortgage. My name is Nick Niemeyer and together with my team, we are here to guide you through to your next step in discovering Trilogy Bickford!
You have been asked to complete a pre-application to move to the next step in the discovery process.
Before you begin the pre-application, we wanted to provide you a few helpful hints that will make your loan application/pre-qualification much easier and faster for you! Be prepared to dedicate about 30 minutes – 45 minutes to fill out the fields necessary in this on-line application. We will ask you for the following information:
Social security numbers
Gross monthly income from all sources (W-2, Social Security, Pension, Annuities etc.). If you are self-employed, we will ask you to upload your last 2 years of Federal tax returns (all pages and schedules) and if you have ownership in a partnership or corporation, we will ask you to upload the entities Federal tax returns for the last 2 years, as well.
Bank account information including the account numbers for your checking, savings and investment accounts.
As you progress through the application, there will be an opportunity to log in to your bank checking, savings and investment accounts and upload your last 2 months of statements. For your security, we do not retain your log in credentials into your bank.
You will also be prompted to upload supporting documentation of income including your most recent paystubs, W-2’s, 1099’s, Social Security benefits letter, etc. This is easily accomplished by saving these items as a PDF in your personal computer and uploading the PDF when prompted.
If you have an existing home that you will want to sell before you finalize any plans for a purchase in Bickford, please let your Community Sales Representative and Shea Mortgage Loan Originator know.
We will only pull a soft credit inquiry until the time that you enter into a full sales agreement. At that time, if you are not paying cash, we will update your credit file. A soft credit pull does not show up as an inquiry on your credit report.
